About Us
Our history dates back to 2005 when the Tokyo Office was first set up by our Founder, Divina, to focus on recruitment and talent development within the financial services industry in Japan, catering to multi national clients and domestic and Asia-based professionals; specifically within private equity and real estate investment sectors.
During that time, we had provided market information to businesses in the real estate and other sectors such as FMCG, broadcasting, healthcare on an informal basis with the purpose of connecting them with our Private Equity clientele.
In 2013 when we started our Amsterdam Office, the focus on recruitment was decreased in order to better understand and serve the SME landscape in the Netherlands, the UK and within a wider Europe.

We are a lean Team of 6, based in Amsterdam, Singapore, the USA and Indonesia.
